When did you start/join your business and why?

Gold Law Firm was founded in 2011. I started it because I had lost my position in hedge funds as a result of the economic downturn and wanted to start up a practice that best served me and my clients.

What types of services does your business offer?

The firm specializes in business transactional law, including the formation of for-profit and non-profit entities, as well as the drafting and negotiation of business contracts.

What is unique about your business?

It’s always been just me. I have direct contact with each of my clients and try to meet them where they are for their specific legal needs.

How have you expanded or grown your business?

I originally came into the building sharing space with another attorney on the 5th floor, and then took my own space in February of 2020, just in time for the pandemic. Luckily, it made it so I could still do my work in a safe environment every day, even if there was no one else around.

Why did you choose an Anderson Office?

Location. Location. Location. The office is within walking distance of my house in Colonie. Do I walk over here? Not really, because crossing Wolf Road on foot is dangerous. So I appreciate the parking, and so do my clients.
